Agnes Laut was a Canadian born author and journalist who contributed to Canadian, American, and English magazines and periodicals, primarily writing about the outdoors. She died in New York. From the guide to the Agnes C. Laut letter to her publisher, March 16, 1911, (Ohio University) Agnes Laut was a journalist and a prolific writer of popular histories of Canada and the U.S. She was born in Stanley, Ont. and died in Wassaic, N.Y., having lived much of her life in the U.S. ...
